Bio: Bob is from Rochester, NY, he worked for Rochester Gas & Electric Corp. for 23 years were he was involved in nuclear process instrumentation and control at R.E. Ginna nuclear power station. He also formed Rathke Computer Solutions, Inc., a certified Microsoft Business Partner, supporting various NY businesses, including Xerox Corporation. He and his wife Nancy have 3 children and 4 grandchildren and have been part time residents in Hilton Head Island for 16 years.
